Hat yai Municipality has 15 Health care center located around Hatyai Town to service Hat yai residents. One of the center has hosted the group of medical students from abroad since 2023 and see the potential and need some support in the center. As well as exchanging the knowledge about local wisdom Thai treatment. Hat yai Municipality has 15 Health care center located around Hatyai Town to service Hat yai residents. Each health care center need at least one volunteers to support their service area.The service tasks are Public health service center work, Medical services for communities. Each center respond to service 34,000 residents as the primary service. Hatyai is the main city in the South of Thailand, it is the hub of transportation by air and train as well as road. This is the most intense town in the South of Thailand. There are 1 Public university (medical university), 1 private university. It is the center of a local Thai wisdom treatment hospital. As well as the most tourist place from Malaysia which has the biggest number of tourists to Thailand. Because Hatyai has a main border connected to Malaysia.

Work: Volunteers will support Hat yai health care service center. One center can place 2 volunteers. There are 15 center located around Hat Yai town. The work will be on weekdays, Monday-Friday and weekends. Working hours will be 08:30-16:30 with Lunch break. Volunteers will support in administrative, place and que management for patients as well as community service, volunteers will have a chance to do the service in the communities with the health care staffs team. Volunteers can also learn Thai treatment such as Thai massage, local wisdom treatment with herbs and food, etc.

Accomodation and food: Volunteers will stay with host families, using local transportation to work. Breakfast and dinner will be with the host family and lunch can be in with staff team in the service center or restaurant nearby.
