MAINTAINING GREEN SPACES AND PAINTINGꟾ CJM 2ꟾ 2023-08-09 – 2023-08-20 ꟾMANU/ENVIꟾ AGE 18-99

Located about a hundred kilometres from Fès, Boulemane is a peaceful little town surrounded by three great mountains: Tichoukt, Bcher and Sefrou Izem.

 Snowy in winter and mild in summer, the region offers routes of dazzling beauty and breathtaking panoramas, with many streams and springs of all kinds, holm oaks, junipers and a vast cedar forest whose fauna and flora are exceptionally beautiful.

 You will also have the opportunity to get to know the local culture and customs.

Chantiers Jeunesse Maroc organises a work camp in collaboration with the Ministry of Education.

Work: The work consists of laying out, gardening and painting in a secondary school. The duration of the work is 5 hours per day.

Accomodation and food: Volunteers will have accommodation in a secondary school. We will send you more information about the address of the accommodation.  Meals will be prepared and served by volunteers.

Location: Boulmane

Leisure activities: The work will go hand in hand with other activities organised by the volunteers themselves: excursions, family visits, cultural entertainment, sports, visits to historical monuments, etc...

Requirements: You will also need to bring working clothes, a sleeping bag and anything else that could help the work camp run smoothly (games, musical instruments, recipes, etc...).
