In a small medieval town, let’s arrange new parcels for the shared gardens and rebuild dry stone walls. The international workcamp of Montricoux will take you to a welcoming atmosphere among the medieval cities of the South West of France. The project will be full of discoveries, as it is related to the meeting between people from across the globe and local French people. Beyond the work, you will be accompanied by enthusiastic animators in the organization of activities and tourism. In connection with local organisations, come and introduce your country to the inhabitants of the territory.

Work: You will take part in the development of new plots for the shared garden of Montricoux and the clearing of trails surrounding the village. You will discover the techniques of dry stone construction with the help of a competent technical supervisor, as some walls supporting the plots need to be restored.

Accomodation and food: You will stay on the outskirts of the Montricoux stadium in tents with an access to a kitchen and all amenities on the site. The food will be prepared by the volunteers themselves. In this mission of daily life, you will be accompanied by the animators. Choices will be made to encourage a good balance between your preferences and local and seasonal products.

Location: Montricoux (82800), 30km from Montauban and 80km from Toulouse.

Location and Leisure: The aim of this project is to encourage interactions between local and international youth. The nearby Aveyron gorges can also offer canoe, hiking and swimming.
