Selected as one of the UNESCO World Heritage Volunteers (WHV) 2020 – 2021 Campaign, under the
theme of Environmental Education & Culture.
Camp Activities:
 Explore and Promote local culture;
 Work with local community to develop social & community work.
 Language exchange and Cultural nights.
Language: Portuguese and English;welcomed to learn and speak to locals!
Terminal/Region: Participants must book their tickets to arrive at Nampula airport, the Camp is 1965km
away from Maputo, the capital of Mozambique.
Extra info: The participation fee €270 covers simple accommodation, food and project expenses during the
camp. Please note that this does not include travel expenses to and from the camp, so participants are asked to
reserve a small amount of money for transport to the camp and vice-verse. We advise all volunteers to inform
us when they are planning to book their ticket to Mozambique.
