Farm of Erofeev family occupies 20 hectares on the shore of Chudskoe Lake in a secluded, quiet place. On the site there is an organic dairy farm with the production of milk and cheese. There are also different types of domestic birds and other animals. We are pleased to accept and accommodate tourists, both singles and groups, who are interested in eco-living. All guest houses on the territory are built on the ecological principles of straw and hay. We accept volunteers and trainees for training in construction of such houses and living outside the city. Children s camps, seminars and meetings on environmental issues are held here all the year around.

Work: Volunteers will be involved in forest clearing, help in the kitchen, in construction works of straw and clay houses, making a tourist trail in the forest, constructing children s wooden playground. Work may be hard, but different and interesting. On average, 5-6 hours a day, including lunch break.

Accomodation and food: Volunteers will live in hostel with shared toilet and bathroom, washing machine is available. Volunteers will sometimes help in cooking, but mostly the chef will prepare meals. Mostly vegetarian food, meat few times per week will be provided.

Location and Leisure: Tthe closest city is Gdov, it is 250 km from St.Petersburg, 3-4 hours by bus. The farm is situated on the shore of picturesque lake, possible to go fishing, swimming, there is banya (Russian sauna), possible to ride boats, bicycles around. As all the time there are different activities carried out on the farm for guests, it will not be boring for sure
