GEN-23 TRIATHLON-OPTIMIST  EGIRDIR  01.10 – 15.10  MANU - SPORT   15 VOLS

Egirdir municipality which is a “Citta Slow”, hosted many GENCTUR camps in the past, will host another group this year for a very special occasion. The international triathlon and optimist competitions will be held in the town and lake near by. The volunteers will assist the organisation committee whenever needed. You will have a chance to watch the games.

W: Different manual work needed by the organisation for the games. A: In a dormitory. Sleeping bag and mat are not necessary F: Will be supplied at the site. LA: English. LO: Eğirdir is a lovely town by a lake in southwest of Turkey.

Meeting point / time : The project will start in Istanbul with a compulsory orientation meeting, that all volunteers should attend on the first day of the camp at GENCTUR Office. The group will travel together to the camp site by an overnight coach on the same evening. Volunteers will leave the camp on the 15th of October after breakfast. The travel is 10 hours and costs 25 Euros per person/one way.
