Work: The local recreational area "Jersleber See", with its bungalow village, a campsite and bathing lake, is part of the municipality of Barleben, 10km north of Magdeburg. You will help with tending the beach, clearing out the garages and maintaining outdoor facilities. You will also help with smaller building and renovation jobs in Barleben.

Accomodation and food: You will stay in bungalows on a campsite, where you can use the communal showers and sanitary facilities. You will cook together – a great opportunity to share and try international recipes

Location: Barleben

Location and Leisure: After work, you can jump into the "Jersleber lake", play beach volleyball, or just relax. You can also make a trip to the skate park in Barleben or make use of the outdoor facilities. If you want to watch a film or go bowling, its not far to Magdeburg, where you find bowling alleys and cinemas. You will have bikes at your disposal. On the weekends you can make a trip to Berlin, Leipzig or Hamburg.
